NKT Cables has developed a software program for its Danish customers that simplifies considerably the complex documentation and calculation work involved in designing cable installations.

The program - NKTdoc® - is naturally geared to calculate cable installations based on products supplied by NKT Cables.

The major advantage of working with NKTdoc® is that it can provide error-free calculations in very quick time and can compute alternative solutions instantly. The program also ‘reminds’ users to supply all the data necessary for project performance.

Since its introduction a couple of years ago, NKT Cables has registered around 3,500 NKTdoc® users, principally installers and consulting engineers.
