Once again, attorney at law Klaus Kiilerich-Hansen had been asked by NKT’s Board of Directors to chair the meeting.

Klaus Kiilerich-Hansen found the meeting to be properly convened and legally competent, with 54.26% of the company’s capital and 54.09% of the votes represented.

The meeting was opened by Chairman of the NKT Board of Directors, Christian Kjær, who welcomed those attending and presented his report for the year.
