Board of Directors and Management 2004NKT’s Board of Directors consists of six members elected by the general meeting and three employee-elected representatives.
Immediately after the general meeting, the Board of Directors elected Christian Kjær and Ole Løvig Simonsen from within their ranks to the post of Chairman and Deputy Chairman, respectively.
In addition to the nine members of the Board of Directors, NKT’s three-member Board of Management was also present on the platform during the general meeting.
