Jens Münter, a member of the Board of Directors since 1990, decided not to stand for re-election.  

Jens Maaløe, CEO of Terma A/S, was proposed by the Board of Directors to succeed Jens Münther and was elected in his stead.

Jens Maaløe is a former managing director of NKT Dedicom, a business that had close links with one-time NKT subsidiary, NKT Elektronik.

Thanking Jens Münther for his efforts, Christian Kjær described him as a loyal pillar of support in the service of the Board.

Christian Kjær welcomed Jens Maaløe as “the Board’s future technological mainstay”.
