NKT Chairman of the Board of Directors, Christian Kjær, attorney-at-law, welcomed the attendees and introduced the Chairman of the Meeting, Klaus Kiilerich-Hansen, attorney-at-law.

The Chairman of the Meeting found the meeting to be properly convened and legally competent with 44.29% of the company capital and 10,809,851 votes represented.

After this the Chairman of the Board of Directors presented his report for the year.
