Jan Trøjborg, MP, was proposed for election by the Board of Directors. Jan Trøjborg is Engineer in the Construction and Environmental lines, and in the period 1993-2001 he has filled a number of ministerial offices. As Board member Jan Trøjborg was proposed to take the place of Ole Løvig Simonsen who did not offer himself for re-election due to his age.
