Shareholders take the floor - continuedErling B. Johansen commented on the proposal made by the Board of Directors to publish the complete annual report in electronic form only, as Erling Johansen requested the possibility to continue to receive a printed annual report.
Gerda Kirsten Nielsen also took the floor to endorse the request for a printed annual report instead of an electronic report.
The Chairman advised that the paperbased summary of the complete annual report will be an adequate report, but a report excluding the accounting notes. These notes will be included in the electronic annual report.
The Chairman added: - I would like to emphasize that we are anxious that this should not be regarded by our shareholders as poor service as regards openness, but merely as an efficient resource disposition. The proposal does not imply that the decision has been taken but is only made in order to have the possibility, should we find it relevant.
