"A couple of years ago, when NKT received a good rating for its PR and investor relations, we were described as the well-known bumblebee that shouldn't be able to fly. The analogy at that time was that, as a conglomerate, we ought not be able to score as high on PR and IR as we had. We are proud to have disproved this theory – again." These were the words of NKT Executive Director Thomas Hofman-Bang speaking at the award of top place to NKT Holding in the Danish part of a major IR survey carried out in the Scandinavian markets.

NKT Holding was awarded the winner certificate in the category ''Best MidCap+'', and in addition to that was recognized to have obtained a positive top rank out of the 34 Danish companies that were considered for nomination.
