"My appointment as Group Chief Executive does not mean a change in strategy. My management colleague Søren Isaksen and I both played an important part in formulating NKT's growth strategy, Upgrade to Next Level, and in defining the objectives established when it was introduced in 2004. The strategy was based on preliminary work performed in close cooperation with the managements of the individual Group companies.
