Directors' visitThe NKT board of directors considers it necessary to really understand the companies in the NKT portfolio. Doing not much more than reading about the companies in the comfort of the offices is not good enough for active owners. Seeing and learning personally is also important to get a genuine understanding and is part of being a member of the NKT board.
In May 2007 the NKT Holding board of directors and management paid a visit to two of the Czech factories - Vrchlabi and Kladno.
