Olympic spectators have benefited from nkt cables’ contribution to the high-speed rail link from Beijing to Tianjin, where some of the initial matches of the Olympic football tournament were played and where China’s women beat Sweden 2-1.
With its top speed of 350 km/h, the high-speed rail link, which opened on 1 August, has reduced the length of the journey time from 70 to 30 minutes.
