All six directors appointed by the general meeting were standing for re-election and all were re-elected:

The three staff-elected Board members Directors have each been appointed for a four-year term but do not stand for election at the general meeting:

• Jørgen Bjergskov Nielsen
• Gunnar Karsten Jørgensen
• Arne Dan Kjærulff
