The company is a result of an integration of the operations of Crystal Fibre A/S and KOHERAS A/S in 2009. The name of the continuing company will be NKT Photonics A/S. 'Crystal Fibre' and 'KOHERAS' will be used as brand names for the products from NKT Photonics A/S.
